One of the reasons why Digital Realty and PlatformDIGITAL® have been the home of AI is just our core expertise and supporting for many years different power density requirements that are all heavily interconnected. We've anticipated since 2017 the fact that we needed to be modular and bring power density in a very efficient manner to the floor.

A lot of our customers have been doing forms of artificial intelligence like data analytics, machine learning, neural networks for years inside of the four walls of our facilities, which is why we've been able to innovate with them.

We're able to understand at a very fundamental level, what's required to allowing both generative AI and high-performance compute to be successful.

And so we're very excited about exposing that to our customers so that they too can be on the forefront of the disruption that I think generative AI will create. And so being on the right side of that is important to us and important to our customers.
